If you are experiencing problems with your computer and would like us to attempt to fix your computer via remote access then click on the blue and green icon below to download the remote control software. After downloading is complete find BAManagement.exe in your downloads folder and run that to install it. Answer yes to any prompts that pop up during the installation process.

If using Google Chrome or Firefox web browser then save the file and run it after it is finished downloading.

Hardware problems cannot be fixed remotely and not all software problems can be fixed remotely so you may be required to bring your computer in to have it properly repaired.

Our hourly rate is $50.00 per hour and is billed in 15 minute intervals for remote support. Secure and safe payment can be made electronically using any major credit card or directly from your bank account via PayPal or over the phone using Visa or MasterCard. Once payment arrangements are completed then remote support will begin at the arranged time.
